Correa promotes new financial structure in the framework of UNASUR.
Caracas, July 5 .- Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, today promoted the creation of a "new financial architecture" in the framework of the UNASUR, as one of the key steps to realize the "second independence" of the region.
