The President of the Government of La Rioja, Pedro Sanz, stated that "we are seeing a very uncomfortable situation, marked and tainted by partisan election at any given time."
Sanz made these statements, before inaugurating a conference on Disability Interautonomica, reporters asked the Constitutional Court's decision ruling unconstitutional 14 articles of the Statute of Catalonia.
